Innovative Application of Fluidization Plate and Pagoda-shaped Fluidization Disc
In the pulverized coal conveying system, the fluidization plate (also known as fluidization disc) plays a crucial role. It is usually ingeniously installed on the fluidizer at the bottom of the injection tank or inside the fluidizer at the bottom of the pulverized coal bin. When gas passes through the fluidization plate, it mixes fully and uniformly with the pulverized coal bed, forming a unique fluidized solid-gas mixture, which greatly promotes the long-distance and efficient conveying of pulverized coal.
The core advantage of this fluidization plate lies in its high-performance stainless steel sintered wire mesh made with cutting-edge technology. This material not only has excellent high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, but also shows extremely high mechanical strength and rigidity, ensuring a long service life of the equipment. In addition, its high pore precision and uniform air flow distribution minimize the resistance loss. These characteristics together endow the fluidization plate with excellent fluidization effect and stable performance, making it an indispensable key component in dense-phase conveying systems.
In practical applications, the design of the fluidization plate is flexible and diverse. There are both fixed welded structures with high stability and movable options (fastened by bolts) for convenient installation. Especially, the fluidization plate made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate with a thickness of about 3mm has a cross-shaped structure formed by carefully arranged long slits on its circular surface. These slits are perpendicular to the central cross line, with a precise gap of 0.5mm, a length of about 20mm, and a spacing of 10mm. The lower edge of the slits is chamfered at 1×45°, which design enables compressed air to act more concentratedly on the middle part of the fluidization injection device, significantly improving the suspension and fluidization effect of pulverized coal, ensuring the smoothness and stability of pulverized coal during the injection process, and greatly optimizing the working efficiency of the fluidization injection device.
Furthermore, the fluidization plate is made of multi-layer metal woven wire mesh as raw material, and is elaborately manufactured through advanced processes such as precise lamination design, composite pressing, and vacuum (or protective atmosphere) sintering. This not only retains the advantages of ordinary metal woven wire mesh, such as simple pore structure and uniform mesh size, but also overcomes its defects such as low strength, poor integrity, and unstable mesh shape. By flexibly adjusting the pore size, permeability, and mechanical strength of the material, the fluidization plate shows excellent comprehensive performance.
